The Porcupine Paint Referral Rewards Program (the “Program”) is offered by Porcupine Paint, a residential and commercial painting company serving Douglas County, CO & the South Denver Metro. The Program pays a $150 Amazon gift card to eligible people who refer a new customer whose painting project is completed and paid in full. By submitting a referral you agree to these terms.

You may participate if you are 18 or older and can receive a gift card by email. You are not eligible if you are:

• a current employee, owner, or immediate family member of an employee or owner of Porcupine Paint;
• a subcontractor, vendor, or trade partner currently working with Porcupine Paint; or
• referring your own project, your own household, or a property you own or manage.

A referral qualifies when all of the following are true:

• The person or business you refer is new to Porcupine Paint and is not already an active customer, past customer with an open estimate, or an existing lead in our system.
• You submit the referral through this page (or by phone) before we provide the estimate.
• The referred party is located within Douglas County, CO & the South Denver Metro.
• The work is interior, exterior, or commercial painting performed by Porcupine Paint.
• The referred party agrees to be contacted by us about their project.

The referred project must be contracted, completed, and paid in full, with a final invoice total of at least $3,000 before tax. Deposits, partial payments, and signed estimates alone do not trigger a reward.

Each qualifying referral earns one $150 Amazon gift card, delivered by email to the address you provide. There is no limit on how many people you may refer, but only one reward is issued per completed project, regardless of how many referrers are involved or how many separate services are included in that project. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and are not transferable once issued.

Rewards are issued within approximately 30 days of the referred project being paid in full. If we cannot reach you at the email address on file, we will use the phone number you provided. Unclaimed rewards may be voided after 90 days.

If more than one person refers the same customer, the reward goes to the first referral on record in our system. Referrals for customers who already contacted us on their own, found us through an ad, or were already in our pipeline do not qualify.

If a referred project is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or charged back — in whole or in part — the associated reward is void. If a reward has already been issued when this happens, we may withhold it from future rewards owed to you.

Rewards may be considered taxable income. You are responsible for any taxes owed on rewards you receive, and we may request a completed W-9 before issuing rewards once your total for a calendar year reaches a reportable amount.

We use the contact information you submit only to reach out about the referred project and to send your reward. We do not sell it. Please make sure the person you refer is comfortable being contacted before you submit their details. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.

Porcupine Paint may change, pause, or end the Program at any time, and may disqualify any referral we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, or submitted in bad faith. Referrals already submitted and approved before a change will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
